 Payment for conference

  • You can use VISA and Mastercard.
  • You pay for the conference here
  • You pay for the hotel when you check out at the hotel
  • You can choose not to stay at Holmenkollen and instead buy a daypass (we are limited to 50 daypasses). Daypass at the conference costs 450 NOK (in addition to the conference fee) and includes lunch and coffee/tea/water the three conference days. Beware of transportation costs from city to the conference hotel if you consider daypass.

Conference fee
Early bird (before Feb. 1.)                 NOK 2.500 (Convert to EUR)
Regular fee (no later than Feb. 24.)   NOK 2.900 (Convert to EUR)

Accomodation at Holmenkollen includes:

  • Breakfast buffet
  • A light lunch served by the conference rooms
  • Coffee, tea and ice water all day
  • Dinner buffet
  • Free WiFi 
  • Free use of swimming pool, sauna and fitnes center
  • Drinks are NOT included

Accomodation prices per person per night
 Full pension, single room        NOK 1.195,- (Convert to EUR)
Full pension, double room       NOK   995,-  (Convert to EUR)
Full pension, triple room         NOK   895,- (Convert to EUR)
Full pension, quad room          NOK   795,- (Convert to EUR)

Travel companions
We are continuously trying to adjust to your requests. Please ask if you cannot find how to register for yourself and your travel companion(s):
Under the section Name of room mates, you find the choice of Travel Companion Type. Only use this option if your travel companion is NOT attending the conference.

Type 1) Not attending, breakfast only
Example: Supplement for double room for accompanying persons, including breakfast.
You will attend conference or some other event.
Your travel companion will not attend any events
Your travel companion only wants breakfast, not full pension
How to register:
Choose Room type: Double Room
Write the name of your travel companion under Name of person #2
Choose Travel companion type: Type 1) Not attending, breakfast only
 This supplement costs NOK 500 (Convert to EUR) per person per night.
Price for you and your travel companion will be NOK 1.495 (Convert to EUR) per night
