This year the sign-up is made very simple, with a separate link for:
- purchasing passes
- booking your stay at the venue hotels
- ordering meals
This is the link for booking accommodation at the venue hotels. Due to the fact that the Rueda Congress is administrating the hotel booking directly, booking with pre-payment for the rooms is the only option.

Este año, registrarse es muy simple ya que contamos con enlaces independientes para:

Este es el enlace para reservar noches de hotel en los hoteles sede. Debido a que Rueda Congress está administrando directamente la reserva de las habitaciones, solo se pueden reservar las habitaciones con prepago.
Two venue hotels - Eurostars Hotel Foro & Hotel Exe Trés Cantos - ONLY HOTEL EUROSTARS EXE AVAILABLE
Both of our hotels belong to Eurostars and are of similar standard. They are just a few minutes walking distance away from each other.
Please have a look at the video on our webpage to find your way from one hotel to the other (link).
The workshops will take place in Hotel Foro. We will first be selling out the rooms in Hotel Foro, and then Hotel Exe. You may not choose between the hotels; which one you will get depends on the time of your booking.
Both hotels will offer breakfast included in the price. Saturday & Sunday lunch in the Meal Deal is also prepared in both hotels. This means that you will have your breakfast and lunch in the hotel you are staying. (For the Gala Dinner everyone will be gathered in Hotel Foro; Friday Dinner & Party will be in a different venue.)

Dos hoteles sedes - Eurostars Hotel Foro & Hotel Exe Trés Cantos - SOLO DISPONIBLE EN EL HOTEL EUROSTARS EXE
Nuestros dos hoteles pertenecen a Eurostars y son de un nivel similar. Están a solo unos minutos a pie el uno del otro.
En este vídeo en nuestra página web puedes ver el camino de un hotel a otro (enlace).
Los talleres tendrán lugar en el Hotel Foro. Primero se venderán las habitaciones en el Hotel Foro y luego en el Hotel Exe. No hay posibilidad de escoger hotel; obtendrás uno u otro dependiendo del momento de tu reserva.
En ambos hoteles el desayuno está incluído. El almuerzo del sábado y domingo en el Meal Deal también se prepara en ambos hoteles. Esto significa que tendrás el almuerzo y el desayuno en el mismo hotel que te alojes. (La cena de gala tendrá lugar en el Hotel Foro; la cena y fiesta del viernes serán en un lugar diferente).

How to book your room
Tick the boxes according to your accommodation period. You have to tick for each night you are staying, and the price per night will apply for each box/date you tick.
If you choose a double or triple room, you will be paying for the whole room. We will in due time before the event contact you in order to register the names of the other(s) that will stay in the room, in order to present complete lists of guests to the hotels.
Cómo reservar tu habitación
Marca las casillas según los días que quieras de alojamiento. Tienes que marcar para cada noche que te alojes, y el precio por noche se aplicará para cada casilla/fecha que marques.
Si se elige una habitación doble o triple, se pagará la habitación completa. A su debido tiempo antes del evento nos pondremos en contacto contigo para registrar los nombres de los otros huéspedes que se alojarán contigo en la habitación, con el objetivo de presentar las listas completas de asistentes a ambos hoteles.
