PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: We prefer CARD payment, but if you are absolutely not able to pay by CARD, you can pay by Invoice (see 2 below for Participants and 4 for Exhibitors)
- CARD PAYMENT for Normal Registrees - Choose the correct Class/Category option in the first line in the registration form, fill in other option as required. Proceed to CONFIRM (se 6 below).
- INVOICE PAYMENT for Normal Registrees. Iin the Class/Category option in the first line in the registration form, choose the Participant Invoice option. Procced to CONFIRM. We send you an invoice by mail
- CARD PAYMENT for EXHIBITORS. In line 1 Class/Category choose the Exhibitor person option and in the line 2 Exhibitor Options (only for exhibitors) pull down meny, choose Exhibitor Space fee (pay with CARD 8500) option. Proceed to CONFIRM (se 6 below).
- INVOICE PAYMENT for EXHIBITORS - If you need an INVOICE fill in as follows: In line 1 Class/Category choose Exhibitor INVOICE option and in line 2 Exhibitor Options (only for exhibitors) choose Exhibitor space fee 8500 (INVOICE) option. Proceed to CONFIRM (se 6 below). NECS will mail you a customer invoice.
- The EXHIBITOR ponsor package contains an advertisement in the Programme book, on the Website and LOGO on the website after special agreement. This will be charged by invoice.
- More then one registree on this form? Choose the Add Participant option at the bottom before CONFIRM, and you can register additional persons. You can pay together for additional registrees and get only one order confirmation document.
- PLEASE NOTE : Tick the accept conditions check box, before you press the CONFIRM button to finish the registration
- After CONFIRM a CARD payment window will appear.
- After registration all will get an ORDER CONFIRMATION document by your mail adress. This document contains the necessary transaction details required by the accounting
- Please register your Bank Account details in the case of possible refunds of any payments. Non Norwegian residents are asket to register their IBAN bank account number.
