Coach Rodney King - BJJ Seminar

Coach Rodney King is coming back to Norway! Rodney is the head coach of our BJJ-program and the founder of Monkey Jits and Crazy Monkey Defense. Mudo Gym Ulsrud are proud to host him for a seminar March 9-10. 

Learn the art of Jiu-Jitsu from world renowned modern martial arts coach & 4th degree Rigan Machado Jiu-Jitsu black belt. 2 epic days focusing on developing real world self-preservation skills, while learning the beauty of Rodney´s signature Flow Jiu-Jitsu System. 

We will also be looking at doing a social dinner with everyone who wants to attend Saturday evening.

The sessions will be from 10 AM to 2 PM both Saturday and Sunday! It will take place in the dojo of Norsk Judo og Jiu-jitsu Klubb (https://www.njjk.no) at Haugerud skole.
