BEYOND TECHNIQUE - Strategy, Tactics, and Gameplan to Supercharge Your Ground Game

Welcome to another fantastic seminar with coach Rodney King here at Mudo Gym Ulsrud! This time around we are doing a series of sessions focusing on different aspects of grappling. The seminar will take place on the 11., 12. and 13. of October, with only 24 spots available for each session (20 on Friday). 

Friday 18:00 - 20:00: Takedown Gameplan

- Develop strategies and tactics to prevent your opponent from dominating you on the mat. This session will teach you how to create space, defend effectively, and transition to advantageous positions even when under pressure.

Sunday 11:00 - 13:00: Breath-Defense

- Gain key insights into the art of breath control to dynamically harness your physiology during rolls. Learn how to optimize your energy, precision, and mental clarity through proper breathing techniques, ensuring you remain calm and effective under pressure.
