Maria - New Drainage Strategy for Increased Recovery
By Vedad Hadziavdic, Project Manager (Wintershall Dea)
Abstract:
Once production on Maria started in December 2017, it became apparent that the envisioned drainage strategy did not work due to lack of pressure support to the producers. Since then, the operator Wintershall Dea and its partners Petoro and Sval Energi have implemented a number of measures within several disciplines to establish new strategy for stable production and maximum recovery.
