MAFC Summer Tournament - Sat 16th May to Sun 17th May 2026

Join us for Mayford Athletics fun and friendly  2026 Summer   Tournament

Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May- Morning sessions kick off at 9.00am (Register 08:45) - Afternoon sessions kick off at 14.00pm (Register 13:45)  so we kindly ask all teams register  by 15 mins before.

Under 6- Fun football based games

Under 7-Under 8 -5 aside/Max Squad=8

Under 9-Under 14 - 6 aside/Max Squad=9

Under 15 - 5 aside/Max Squad=9

This event is held in a first class venue with excellent facilities including:

*Variety of food and beverage options, BBQ, Ice Cream, Sweets and  other stands to keep everyone entertained

>The Mayford Tangerine barrows will be out again for their legendary pitch side service!

*U6- All participants to receive a medal

*U7 and U8- All participants to receive a medal, winning team in each group (1 of 5 or 6) to receive a team trophy

*U9-U14- Winning team in each group (1 of 5) to receive a team trophy plus a medal for each participant of the winning and runner up teams

*E- Program and Scoring  to mobile devices (previous years link as example)- MAFC 2024 Tournament (tournify.uk) 

*Fully qualified referees will officiate at the competition 

*Commercial academies will need to register for an age group above and if there are ability groupings will be placed into the senior/higher group

Notes:

1.Groups will consist  of 5 or 6 teams with all playing a minimum of 4 games.  (There will be a winner per group and teams will be placed into groups as best appropriate to accommodate levels based on league and Division where applicable there will not be a merger of the groups following  the group and group finals games)

2. Under 6's will not be 'badged' competitive and operate group games  in preparation for league introduction in Sep 26.

3. Confirmation email will be sent on receipt of application and payment and managers packs will be sent to teams Late April 2026 and be available on the Tournify site- LINK to be provided.

4. Entry charge will be £4.00 per  Adult (16+). NO CONCESSIONS. No charge for 1 Registered team manager/coach as entered in Sportsreg. (i.e. for each team registered 1 adult will not be charged) Entry bands will be provided for all as receipt of entry payment and we request they are worn.

5. All players and coaches must hold a current 25/26 season registration for their respective teams, wear club kit and be registered on the FA Whole Game System.

6. Based on feedback and experience we welcome Commercial Academy teams however they will be expected to register a year up and will be placed into the Senior group if a tiered competition. We trust this will provide a more suitable challenge than perhaps entry at year group level.

7. We kindly request all payments are made online so will not be accepting offline payments. This really helps so we don't forget to add teams manually etc!



The deadline for registration has passed

Cancellations before 1st April will be refunded in full. Cancellations after 1st April will not be refunded unless a direct swapout with another team.
