Farnborough Air Sciences Trust Breezes Through Calendar Booking for Wind Tunnel Tours
Booking a wind tunnel tour isn’t the kind of thing most of us do every day. For the volunteers at Farnborough Air Sciences Trust (FAST), making that experience smooth and memorable from sign-up to arrival is part of what makes the tours special.
Until recently, managing the bookings for their popular wind tunnel tours required a significant amount of manual work: checking availability, confirming slots, and staying on top of who was coming and when. With LetsReg’s calendar booking tool, FAST have been able to automate their processes to save hours of admin time, whilst also improving the customer journey for their attendees.
As an existing client, we have already provided our solution to FAST for their film shows, as well as hosting a donation page. Therefore, the Trust’s decision to utilise our calendar booking software felt like a natural next step.

By using calendar booking, they now know the number of attendees in advance as well as avoiding overbookings. Visitor flow can also be managed better, and dates can be easily blocked out for private events or maintenance.
