If you set up your Autumn event before 31st August, you will receive three LetsReg Extra features for free for the rest of the year.

Waiting list

If somebody cancels, you need an efficient way of filling the space back up. With a waiting list, the offer automatically goes to the next person on the list, with a deadline to respond.

You don’t have to keep track of who got an offer first and who said no. And you don’t have to leave the space empty, which is the most expensive way to handle a cancellation.

Partial payment

A half-year course is affordable spread over twenty weeks. But paying the entire course fee in August, at the same time as school starts and everything else that needs to be paid, is much more of a financial barrier.

With partial payment, the participant can split the amount. You open the event to those who would otherwise have said no, without lowering the price.

Moving participants

When someone cannot attend on the date they signed up for, the option is often a refund.

Alternatively, you can move the participant to a different course date instead. You keep the income, the participant keeps their spot, and neither of you has to navigate processing and/or receiving a refund.
