You can filter recipients by criteria such as which price category they have selected, or only send emails to those customers who have added your dinner package. Schedule your communication

Send your message as soon as you have written it, or schedule emails to your attendees in advance. Choose between the option to send the email at a predetermined time and date, or set your message to send a specific number of days before or after the event takes place.

Follow email performance

Frequently asked questions about communication

  • How do I send messages to participants?

    You send messages to participants directly from your LetsReg account. Choose email or SMS, write your message, and send to selected attendees or your full list. Messages can be scheduled to send before, during or after an event.

    Click on your event, and click on the tab option “Communications tool.”

    Here, you will see an overview of scheduled and sent messages.

    On the right-hand side you will see the options to either create an email or an SMS message.

    Select the option you require to enter the relevant setup, and follow the instructions from the system.

  • Are automatic reminders sent to participants?

    Yes. LetsReg sends automatic reminders to every participant before their event or class — no need to set them up manually each time. You can also send additional manual reminders if needed.

  • Does sending emails cost extra?

    Communication is included in LetsReg Go, at no additional cost.  Therefore, you can send emails through the system completely free of charge.

    If you wish to send SMS messages, these are charged at £0.5p + VAT per message.  You can create messages up to 160 characters at this price; after this, it will be charged as multiple SMS messages.  The system will show you how many characters you have used, and how many messages you are sending.

  • Can I schedule messages to send later?

    Yes. With LetsReg you can schedule emails and SMS to send at a specific date and time — for example, a reminder 24 hours before the event. Scheduled messages can also be sent to specific segments of your participant list.
